ACROBATICS is similar to the gymnastics floor routine with no apparatus. Students learn tricks, movements and progressions on mats, and when the dancer is proficient at a specific movement, they are encouraged to perform it without the mat. Conditioning and control of the muscles are obtained through a balanced exercise program and progressive training. Numerous benefits of acrobatics are limberness, strength, balance, speed, inner rhythm and timing, and increased self-confidence. Classes are offered to students age 3 and up.

HIP HOP is the latest craze in the dance world and is generally seen on television and in music videos today. Themes, moves and music are all age appropriate.  These popular classes broken down into 3 age groups and are offered to students ages 8-10, 11-12 and 13 & up.

LYRICAL/ CONTEMPORARY is a form of jazz that demands the control and discipline of ballet yet gives the choreographic freedom of modern and jazz dance. Usually performed to an emotionally expressive concept or piece of music, it calls upon the dramatic qualities of a dancer and involves showing the feel of the piece through the facial dynamics, as well as the entire body. Classes are offered only to serious students that are at least age 10, have been studying ballet and jazz for the past 2 years and have their instructor's permission.

TAP dancing is a series of regulated and controlled rhythmical movements of the body. Self-expression, rhythm and coordination are built through continued study. Classes are offered to students age 3 through the advanced level.
